Yes. The 30-minute profile assessment is completely free and has no obligation attached. ProfilePro is a paid programme, but we only discuss fees after you've seen exactly what we'd build for your specific profile — and decided you want to proceed.
We typically respond within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST). WhatsApp is the fastest channel for an immediate response. The assessment session itself is usually scheduled within 24–48 hours of your enquiry.
Nothing formal is needed. It helps to have a rough idea of your target universities or countries, your most recent academic scores (percentage or CGPA), and any test scores you already have. Your counsellor will guide the session — you don't need to prepare a presentation.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many of the decisions around ProfilePro involve both student and family. Parents are welcome in the session and often find it helpful to hear the profile gap analysis and programme map directly.
Both options are available. Online sessions are conducted over Google Meet or Zoom — most students prefer this. In-person sessions are available at our Navi Mumbai, Kolhapur and Noida offices.
